The Real Estate Adventures of Sandy and Maryse is the true story of two women who despite having very little experience, take on the challenge of buying, renovating and re-selling a house. Not only must they struggle to raise the money, but in order to make a profit they have to do all the renovations themselves. With every decision best friends Sandy and Maryse make, the mental and emotional strain between them rapidly escalates.

The series reveals the upheavals in their personal lives, the increasing pressure on their friendship and all the intense drama of balancing family life while attempting to renovate a house.
